The home the Azure Team designed and built for my family exceeded my expectations. Seeing a vacant lot in a transitioning neighborhood and envisioning a unique modern home on the property can feel overwhelming, especially when you live across the country and not quite familiar enough with the neighborhood or local building process. Being able to trust the process is crucial. After seeing other Azure modern builds, we felt extremely confident not only in the Azure owner’s knowledge of the neighborhood, home designs, and the building process, but also in Brian’s vision for our very specific house and his expertise in the details. In November of 2016 my wife and I decided it might be time to move from a tight townhouse space into a new house and we began to check out the local inventory. One day near the end of that month I stumbled upon a listing on Zillow. There were multiple photos of an incredible
looking home situated right on Lake Ida in Delray Beach. The next day I visited the site and my first impression was a sense that this would be our new home. There was no need to look further.

Azure Development had just finished building this amazing structure with a breathtaking view where I could witness a breathtaking sunset every day. We closed on the property within ten days and have never had any regrets. The quality of the construction and the high level of design are top notch. The support from Azure since the beginning has also been exemplary. Brian Grossberg worked very closely with me to ensure a smooth experience in the purchase stage. Construction manager Nick Bieber introduced himself and has consistently been available to this day almost five years later to help with any issues. For instance we had a problem with a hurricane window cracking. It was maybe one month beyond the manufacturer’s warranty window. Nick made sure the repair was covered in full. Another relatively minor issue developed with the grout on the upstairs balconies. Instead of just putting a few patches on the problem, Nick followed through with sending his team to completely re tile and regrout the entire balcony. This type of long term commitment is unheard of in these times. If ever a question or problem arises I can email Brian or Nick and they have always responded very rapidly.

We were fortunate to have found such an amazing development company as Azure and our find was entirely random. If you are looking for a new home I would highly recommend starting from the beginning with this terrific organization.

We have had the opportunity to build two homes with Azure – each time having an absolutely excellent experience. I think the very fact that after building what we felt was our dream home with Azure and then finding our dream lot, we decided to work with them again is really all that needs to be said. We had such a good experience the first time and had such confidence and faith in them that we didn’t hesitate to have them build again for us. Both times Azure was professional, responsive, easy to work with, willing to listen to our thoughts and ideas and honest enough to let us know when they didn’t agree. While we don’t have plans to build a third home….we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They have our highest recommendation if you are looking to build a high-end luxury home.

We spent years planning the construction of our Florida home, and selected AZURE Development after a careful review of the leading developers in the area. AZURE is a highly disciplined and experienced firm, with construction quality and project management standards that rise above others. We valued their discerning budget management and value engineering insights, especially in the context of rising material costs & supply chain disruptions. The daily on-site management was excellent. The back office is responsive and highly capable, which is a distinctive strength. If you look closely at AZURE construction projects, and compare them to others, few meet the same standard of quality.

Working with Azure Development was an absolute pleasure. Being a first time home buyer, I heard horror stories about the process of buying a home. The principals of Azure couldn’t have done more to dispel that myth. Not only did they build me a gorgeous, top of the line home, they also were highly involved, responsive, personable, and extremely helpful during the process. I could call on them anytime and they were quick to answer and/or return my calls. I was further impressed by their behavior during the walk through. You don’t find many builders who add things to the punch list to ensure their clients are completely satisfied and are delivered a perfect home, but they did, going above and beyond to make sure I entered my house with the feeling it was my home. About a year ago we began the building process with Azure and we just recently moved in. After owning 8 houses, including 2 custom built ones, we came in with high standards. Building our direct Intracoastal Waterway dream home in Delray Beach with Azure Development has been an absolute pleasure. The house Azure delivered is absolutely beautiful and has the finest level of design, finishes and craftsmanship. Every aspect of the process has been handled with absolute professionalism. In March of 2018, we signed a contract with Azure to build a home for us. They promised it would be finished before the end of the calendar year. We closed the third week of December – right on time. Our house is beautiful. All high end appliances. Stunning wood floors. Beautiful trim, ceiling and interior doors. Hurricane and wind proof exterior floor to ceiling windows and doors. Top quality tiles in all bathrooms. Lush landscaping that makes one feel they are in a tropical paradise. Everyone I dealt with from Azure was professional, courteous and highly skilled in their field. There were a few small issues that came up after the closing. Azure was always a short phone call away – addressing all issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Azure to all my family and friends. Azure is high quality luxury building at its best.
